About this position

The Sales Engineer at Thailand Dream Jobs by Huneety will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team, ensuring that clients understand the value of our solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with both the sales and engineering departments to tailor offerings to meet customer needs effectively. The Sales Engineer will report directly to the Sales Manager, contributing to the overall success of the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation for sales purposes.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
• Train and mentor junior sales engineers and support staff to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or technical support, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product specifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
