The Payroll Assistant Manager (Compensation & Benefit) will be responsible for managing day-to-day benefit business processes, handling health insurance and administration, coordinating with external users, and implementing payroll HRIS and benefit projects.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage day to day benefit business process to be more effective.
• Handle and review, health insurance, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, administration and service delivery medical.
• Direct exercise and involvement payroll HRIS and benefit project implementation.
• Coordinate with external user (BPJS, Insurance, etc).
• Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Any Major ( Especially Accounting, Banking, Administration).
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in related field.
• Understand about PPH-21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
• Advance excel skill and detail oriented.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
