หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial contracts both in Thai and English to ensure compliance with laws and protect company’s interest
• Provide legal documents such as contracts, POA, NDA, MOU
• Offer legal advice and coordinate with stakeholders for compliance
• Conduct legal trainings on laws and regulations
• Undertake ad-hoc projects
• Liaise with government authorities and third parties

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
• Minimum of 7 years experience in legal field
• Experience in drafting international and local commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of fintech business
• Data privacy experience highly regarded
