Head, Business Unit Oncology

Lead, manage and develop the overall performance of the business unit's oncology, CDx and hematology product portfolio and deliver sales and profits within agreed budgets.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Accountable for delivering the business unit/ franchise sales, market share, and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets.
• Define, develop and implement short and long-term strategic marketing and sales plans in line with INT-C and global marketing strategy.
• Drive the growth of the BU by establishing growth plans for existing products, well plan for LCM, successfully launch line extensions and new products; establish and manage effective strategic plan/products.
• Partner with CGD officer, payers, other stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration.
• Define, drive and oversee the launch/LRR planning, and execution of upcoming key oncology launches by ensuring effective and seamless cross-functional and (if needed) cross-business unit collaboration.
• Partner with market access team to develop market access plans/scenarios or create the innovative and value-driven patients’ assistant program for the new oncology launches both in out-of-pocket and CSMBS markets.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical sciences, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (sales and marketing background preferred) with a good track record of consistently delivering results.
• Brand management, commercial experience and/or leadership experience in pharmaceutical.
• 3-5 years experience in Sales incentive administration or operations. High analytical skill with a strong business acumen.
• Coaching and leadership skills.
