Account Payable Officer responsible for handling invoices, payments, and financial reports.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Process invoices and payments for Accpac System
• Maintain filing system for AP records
• Handle invoice and staff claims
• Prepare quarterly reports
• Generate GST, Taxes, Revaluation, and Aging reports
• Manage VAT filing and payments
คุณสมบัติ
• Proficiency in Accpac system
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
