Seeking an Employee Relations Manager to spearhead employee relations program and foster positive relationships within organization including Labour Union.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and implement employee relations and engagement strategies.
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and manage the CBA process.
• Stay updated on relevant labor laws and international labor standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage disciplinary proceedings.
• Provide advice on labor and welfare matters and ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Coordinate meetings with the Welfare Committee and handle employee complaints.
คุณสมบัติ
• Familiarity with ILO regulations, Thai labor laws, and CBA processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
