As part of our expansion, GTL is looking for a dynamic candidate for the role of Sales Manager (3PL &
Logistics), to be based in Amata Nakorn Office Phase9, Chonburi. Could it be you?
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Contribute significant to achieve monthly and annually sales targets/KPIs.
• Manage productivity/ correspondence of sales team with prospects and customers. Identify new prospects by all means (research on customers/ competitor, cold calls, local & overseas sales lead/schedule sale visit etc.), to contact, participate and support the commercial & Sales team to secure/win profitable new business while existing customers are retained/expanded, to achieve/ exceed the company annual objectives.
•Initiating new business strategies to secure new target prospect, satisfy & expand existing customer base.
• Promoting company services and undertake administrative duties for all marketing events.
• Advise Operations term at annual contract anniversaries, to undertake tolerance allowance work at each contract year end.
• Record and process sales team expenses and prepare report against budget.
• Prepare and maintain record e.g. BD folder, Sales pipeline, Sales Materials for use by Sales team, sales record against target and etc.
• Monitoring sales performance through reports and support the team.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction & feedback and communicate to prospects and customers queries/ complaints to internal/external for solutions.
คุณสมบัติ
• 2 to 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing, preferable contract logistics (warehousing).
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Well developed communication, leadership, people, and problem solving skills.
• Customer focused/Solution oriented.
• Ability to demonstrate fresh thinking and creativity
• Compose & work well under tight deadlines, schedules, and pressure.
• Enjoy building & developing relationship with both prospects and customers.
• Possess own car with valid driving license, preferred resident in Chonburi.
