The Regional Talent, OD and DIB&E Manager - Asia Pacific position focuses on leading Talent management, Organization Development (OD), and Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIB&E) initiatives for the region.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and/or implement frameworks, programs, policies and processes for: Leadership development, Future Talent and Management development programs, Talent reviews and succession planning (People & Organization Plan), Talent and capabilities development to build bench strength, Training needs and analysis, Learning and development, Performance management • Conduct and facilitate workshops as and when needed • Manage relationships with external vendors/ learning partners • Develop metrics to track learning effectiveness, costs and ROI • Drive initiatives to build awareness of DIB&E and develop strong culture to support our DIB&E goals and objectives
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/professional training • Minimum 6 years of related experience in T&OD roles at the Asia Pacific regional level • Knowledge and understanding of DIB&E in Asia Pacific region • Ability to determine strategies and engage others • Plans, manages and executes assigned projects to meet the required standards and timeline
