The Lead Safety position involves developing and managing safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and maintain high EHS Standards.
• Lead continuous improvement of EHS processes.
• Interact with key stakeholders and business leaders via various communication mediums.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive EHS program.
• Monitor and revise EHS programs according to regulations.
• Coordinate training programs for EHS.
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification strongly desired.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local EHS regulations.
• Proactively lead and guide others to achieve success.
