• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profits.
• Motivate and lead sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
• Monitor competitive trends and analyze sales performance.
• Develop annual sales plans and quotas.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Establish pricing strategies and discount rates.
• Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products.
คุณสมบัติ
• Min 5 years of working experience in a team leading position
• Must present a working background within the Aesthetic sector in Indonesia
• Ability to develop the business by both performing sales and leading the team
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent English proficiency required
