The Contract Logistics Information Systems Specialist at Km.23 in Samutprakarn is responsible for providing professional warehouse management solutions (WMS) or transport management solutions (TMS).

• Provide professional responses to warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems.
• Understand and analyze system solutions to meet customers’ operational requirements.
• Study and prepare information systems solution design documents for implementation.
• Configure WMS, TMS, and surrounding applications to align customer requirements with operations.
• Deliver logical mapping for interface and report development.
• Train superusers on configuration techniques and functionalities.

คุณสมบัติ

• 2-5 years experience in IT Support function.
• Background in coding is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English (Speaking/Writing).
• Basic knowledge in Logistics and WMS/TMS is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
