The Trade Marketing Manager will focus on category development and Key 5P strategies to drive market share and business objectives.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Mainly focus on category development and Key 5P strategies (Product / Pack / Place / Promotion and People) to drive market share and business objectives.
• Support NPD Launch aligned with marketing strategy and drive business.
• Utilize shopper research to develop category strategy and drive category growth.
• Initiate and Build Category project to be the category leader.
• Manage Sales forecast to align with business direction.
• Manage space and design merchandising units in the store in each channel. Align with Marketing and Regional Guidelines.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing with direct work experience in Omni-Channel (Offline + Online) in FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skill and attention to details.
• Good logical thinking.
• Strong in people management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
