Seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Engineer to join the team at Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high quality injection molded automotive parts.
• Set up and/or adjust manufacturing processes and assist in problem solving and continuous process improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring clarity.
• Provide technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes, improve yield and throughput, drive cost reduction activities, and improve part quality.
• Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Chief Engineer position requires at least 5 years of experience in injection automotive QA or related fields and supervisor role for 2 years.
• Strong technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, parameter setup, materials, manufacturing, and quality in automotive body parts.
• Demonstrated superior communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead others, responsibility may include indirect supervision of process shop-floor operators.
