The Sales Support/ Sales Assistant reports to the Account Manager for Thailand and is based in Spring Tower, BKK.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for business requirement of distributor/ Strategic Accounts including Retail and Project team (if any)
• Coordinate and handling all incoming/routine inquiries from customers.
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry.
• Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, complaint document and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Participate in co-visits to customers with the sales team to understand more in customer behaviour and need.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing and other related fields Experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a sales support/coordinator/assistance
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Effective communication with strong service minded.
• Good command of English and computer literacy
