• Understand and comply with strategic objectives to deliver key functional objectives
• Implement best practices for best-in-class manufacturing
• Support manager in delivering the best of PANDORA and adopting new manufacturing techniques
• Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality
• Engage stakeholders for critical activities and ensure effective collaboration
• Create and execute projects to deliver Plant/Company KPIs

• Able to work well under high pressure within limited timelines
• 2-3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or related field
• Proficient in project management and budget control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
