The Application Engineer (Rigid Packaging) will be responsible for coordinating with sales team, providing technical service to customers, managing complaints, monitoring feedback, and analyzing customer needs.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with sales team to develop and prepare seminars to share technical advice/knowledge/training with customers.
• Provide technical service to customer and gather customer feedback to be the input to production team for identify, analyze, and resolve issues to customers.
• Manage customer complaints regarding product quality and technical issue including handle return or claims for damages.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction after the problem was resolved.
• Provide technical service and documentation for customers to support presales and post sales process, report on product performance and maintain technical knowledge of products & applications.
• Analyze customer’s needs (across the value chain) and provide consultation on upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements as well as maintain competitor knowledge.

คุณสมบัติ

• 5+ years of background in technical services/ Product Application Development or Quality Assurance.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related industries such as chemical/plastics, FMCG, and consumer goods. Relevant working experience in leadership or supervisor roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, Engineering, Polymer, Petrochemical, Materials science, Chemistry or equivalent in relevant fields.
