The Parts Production Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the parts production process, manpower, production efficiency, product standards, costs, and overall production.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage and control parts production process (Stamping, Welding, Spot Welding)
• Management and control manpower to achieve in production plan and control maintain production process to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Control, monitoring and manage production process to meet production plan.
• Managing the overall production and ensuring the full execution of all services delivered to customer.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing the quality build in process concept.
• Monitor and collect the data of production performance in order to able to analyze the data and seek for any.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree Engineering in industrial or other related fields
• Have experience in manager level in automotive parts production line or steel forming industry for at late 5 years or more.
• Have the ability to think, analyze and correct Prevent problems system Knowledge of metal fabrication with mold and Material specification.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
