The Human Resource Manager will collaborate with business leaders to drive business performance and employee engagement, develop training programs, enhance organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges
• Identify training needs, develop training programs, and promote continuous learning
• Enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, and team dynamics
• Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes
• Partner with managers to identify talent needs and implement retention strategies
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies

คุณสมบัติ

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in organization with more than 1,000 headcounts for at least 5 years
• Professional HR certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
