Provide efficient support in Supply Chain, Sales and Purchasing applications (SAP SD, MM, PP modules / Edi / Webedi / PuMA / e-Proc/ Customer Referential)

• Analyzing, solving problems (root cause), and providing appropriate solutions
• Working with Share Service team to implement the new project roll out from Group
• Supporting business users and helping solve problems
• Providing users support for any inquiries or issues
• Improvement and provide standard process to the users
• Training key users and end users

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Business Computer, Computer science or related field
• Experience in SAP support at least 3 years in SAP MM, PP, and SD modules
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules under tight deadlines
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills
• High responsibility, quick learning, self-confidence and work under pressure and team working
