The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and finding solutions with Nordson products.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Search and develop new customers within Nordson Group in Thailand
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers
• Manage and interpret customer requirement accurately
• Find the best solution with Nordson products to propose to customer
• Conduct lab trial and generate technical proposals
• Work closely with regional Market managers to develop and record applications
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstration that will meet customer needs
• Follow up closely the sales cycle until payment received
• Record and maintain client contact data
• Be proactive and participate in installation after sales to get deeper understanding of special applications and/or technology in order to stay up to date
• Any other duties which might be assigned by the company from time to time
คุณสมบัติ
• 5+ years’ work experience as sales engineer/representative in capital equipment industry
• Engineering degree/Diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering from a recognized university
• Ability to speak some English preferred
• Creative, Enthusiastic, hands-on self-starter
• Team player
