About this position
The Farmer position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of crop cultivation and livestock management. • Monitoring weather conditions and adjusting farming practices accordingly.
• Keeping accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data.
• Managing and supervising farm workers, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Collaborating with agronomists and other experts to optimize crop production and quality.
