We are looking for an experienced HR Data Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large datasets and an understanding of the complexities of HR analytics. They will be responsible for developing data models, analyzing data, and creating meaningful reports that help our organization make better decisions. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a passion for HR data and analytics.


1. Develop and maintain data models to analyze trends in HR data
2. Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of HR data analytics systems
3. Collect and analyze HR data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
4. Utilize data visualization techniques to report key insights from HR data
5. Develop predictive models to forecast future HR trends
6. Design and implement data collection and tracking processes for HR data
7. Work with HR and other business stakeholders to identify relevant analytics projects
8. Monitor and report on data quality and accuracy of HR data
9. Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights
10. Develop and maintain data security protocols to protect HR data


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional experience in Human Resources and/or data analytics
• Expertise in data analysis techniques, metrics, and processes
• Familiarity with HR systems, such as Workday and/or HRIS
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
