The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the company's employees. This position reports to the IT Manager and collaborates closely with other members of the IT team to deliver efficient and reliable support services.

Responsibilities of IT Support Technician

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical problems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
