Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and customer demands. The Manufacturing Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Executive

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations at Master company
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet customer demands
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing supervisors and workers to achieve production targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and minimize waste
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative manufacturing practices
