Banquet Operations Manager
About this position
The Banquet Operations Manager at Fairmont Jakarta will report directly to the Head of Banquet Operations and be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and managing all pillars in Banquets.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Finding creating solutions and proactively solving problems
• Empower employees to provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all budget guidelines
• Leads shifts and actively participates in the servicing of events
• Ensures accurate customer billing for banquet events
Requirements
• Experience in hotel food and beverage operations
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Highly responsible & reliable
