Responsibilities

• Lead development/commercialization for assigned categories • Oversee direct development process between Headquarter/Creation Center and Tier 1 factory • Manage relationship with factory development team leaders to upgrade sports category competence, development innovation capability, and technical expertise • Make decisions within defined development and commercialization scope • Develop and coach team to ensure best standards of performance and strong succession plans are in place • Role model leadership to foster Diversity Equity & Inclusion culture

Requirements

• Have relevant knowledge and expertise to drive projects within defined scope • Strong Project Management skill • Strong influencing people, presentation and communication skills • Proven ability in leading multidimensional teams • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
