About this position
The IT Staff will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing software upgrades, and preparing activity reports.
Responsibilities
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person
• Diagnose and troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues
• Advise user on appropriate action
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Manage software upgrade, changes and updates
• Prepare activity reports
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in IT with 2 years of work experience
• Good knowledge on PC desktop application (Windows, MSOffice, Adobe)
• Good knowledge on PC hardware & software troubleshoot
• Good knowledge on Window/Linux Server, Email Server and Database
• Strong knowledge on computer network
