About this position
The Customer Service Officer (Sales Admin, Order Management) is responsible for providing customer service to global and domestic customers, reporting and monitoring customer service issues, and collaborating on manufacturing and delivery plans.
Responsibilities
• Provides customer service to global and domestic customers
• Responsible for reporting and monitoring of customer service issues
• Collaborate and follow-up manufacturing and delivery plan to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
• 2 years' experience in similar role and experienced working with manufacturing is advantage
• Good in MS (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Service minded, Customer Focus, People Engagement, Business Acumen
