About this position

The Pricing Manager is responsible for overseeing pricing strategies to ensure profitability meets company targets in a global packaging company committed to sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability
• Work closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs
• Analyze price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
• Be responsible for Tender Submission and follow through the process until sales contract completion
• Coordinate of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
• Clarify the bid conditions with commercial and finance team, and monitor the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements
• Contribute in cost and price calculations
• Maintain Pricing Structure & Control, regularly update a pricing history database
• Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness
• Be partnering with procurement and commercial department to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market
• Ad-hoc from hiring manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Packaging, Printing Technology or any related fields
• Well understanding LEAN and World Class Manufacturing with 5 years’ experience in production is advantage
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 systems
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Good attitude to change
