About this position

The Production Manager - Printing is responsible for managing and controlling the overall printing process to ensure quality products and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and control the quality of Department’s products
• Direct subordinates in their daily performance
• Attend “Customers’ Complaint Meeting”
• Participate in the annual certification audit
• Participate in new product development
• Follow EHS policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Packaging, Printing Technology or related fields
• Understanding of LEAN and World Class Manufacturing
• 5 years’ experience in production is an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 systems
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
