About this position

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for controlling, auditing, overseeing the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise the work of subordinates along with providing advice and assistance in solving problems in compliance with Work Procedure (WP) and Work Instruction (WI)
• Verify the work system in the department to be in accordance with Work Procedure (WP) and Work Instruction (WI), including making improvements to suit working methods and various requirements
• Review the inspection reports for work that does not meet the requirements and products returned from customers and be a making decision and informing relevant
• Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
• Monitor the production processes and ensure factory machinery/goods are within company and industry requirements
• Communicate with clients to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 5 years’ experience in quality system in manufacturing, experienced in auditing for flexibles packaging is advantage
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 systems
• Strong in using Microsoft Excel, Power point, statistical programs
• Analytical, counseling, and problem-solving skill
