About this position
Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in executing hotel events and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the successful execution of all hotel events
• Lead the service process from beginning till end
• Provide oversight and management from Sales Managers to Service Managers
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Maximize the returns for the resort
• Follow up on business referrals and sales leads to increase business
Requirements
• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
