About this position
Shaping the organization's technology strategy, managing IT resources, and ensuring that IT resources support business objectives effectively and securely.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive IT policy and strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage IT department budget, including forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks from cyber threats and breaches.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization can recover quickly from IT disruptions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure and applications to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their IT needs and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in progressively responsible IT roles, with at least 5 years’ experience in management level.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, application and cloud computing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT policy and strategy that drive business results.
