The IT System Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and collaborating with team members to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions among Honda affiliates in Thailand and AO region.
• Works collaboratively and professionally with fellow team mates and other teams to achieve goals.
• Deliver across the entire development life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, testing, release and support including documentation each phases.
• Interact with all related party on the integration and implementation related activities.
• Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the IT technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology.
• Have experience of System Analysis & Outsource management.
• Understand of common SDLC or Agile development.
• Experience using of Java / Grooby is advantage, MySQL, AWS RDS.
• Critical thinking ability.
• Ability to perform Cost benefit analysis.
• Problem-solving capacity.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization tool.
