About this position
We are looking for Incident Management Manager to oversees the resolution of unplanned interruptions, malfunctions, and quality issues in IT services.
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire incident lifecycle, including identification, information gathering from key stakeholders, and coordinating war room activities for critical incidents (P1).
• Follow incident management protocols and restore provided IT services to normal operation as quickly as possible.
• Foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to efficiently resolve issues and ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
• Identify and oversee the incident management workflow, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of incident management processes.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of incident information in the system, conduct initial root cause analysis, and escalate incidents to appropriate support teams.
• Communicate incident status and resolution timelines to end-users.
Requirements
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 -7 years solid experience in Incident Management
• Effective analytical skills
• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of incident management protocols
• Excellent communication in English, written and verbal
