About this position

Sales Support Officer position to sustain and grow group health business.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service across all channels (Brokers, Agents, Direct).
• Manage communication between sales and new clients, offering assistance and resolving issues.
• Coordinate workflows between Employee Benefits and other departments.
• Analyze data and review checklists before submit to related team.
• Develop sales pitching decks and client manuals.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claim, and Operations teams to find appropriate solutions for the customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in insurance, Business Administration or related fields
• 2 years of experience in an insurance business
• Have experience in health insurance product would be advantage
• Effective English communication
• Attention to Detail
