About this position

Responsible for day to day operations of Inbound Call Center and outbound call activities to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure calls are answered within committed service levels
• Address queries efficiently
• Complete requests with ease
• Resolve complaints swiftly
• Align call quality with high standards
• Operate outbound call activities to build long term relationships with customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Preferred experience in call center of insurance business minimum 2 years
• Service mind, Flexible
• Problem solving skill
• Good communication
