Responsibilities

• Equip new generations with knowledge and abilities
• Provide development program for business-wide exposure
• Conduct on-the-job training and specific training programs
• Maximize potential in main functional area
• Gain exposure in international branches

Requirements

• Master degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Economic, Finance and Accounting, Engineering
• Maximum 2 years of working in banking industry
• Good personality and can do attitude
• Excellent analysis skill and strong business acumen
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
