About this position

The Legal Director will assist the Chief Legal Officer in managing legal matters, oversee legal documents, provide legal advice, ensure compliance with laws, lead team members, and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Chief Legal Officer (CLO) in managing overall legal matters of BTS Group.
• Overseeing, reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documents including contracts related to day - to - day operation, extraordinary transactions and investments within BTS Group.
• Providing legal advice to senior management team on commercial transactions as well as advising on corporate and legal matters.
• Ensuring business operation, all legal transaction and procedure of BTS Group comply with applicable laws.
• Leading team members in complex transactions and providing training relating to legal matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with outstanding academic credentials
• Minimum 15 years of hands - on experience in legal
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a lawyer at a reputable law firm
• Minimum 10 years of management team lead experience
• Excellent in Thai and English communication both verbally and in writing
