About this position

The Legal Manager will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and handling various legal documents, providing legal advice, supervising legal team, conducting legal research, and supporting team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and handling various type of legal documents in relation to day - to - day operation including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Preparing, reviewing and handling legal documents in relation to the extraordinary transactions for assigned business within BTS Group such as share purchase agreement, shareholders agreement, and project finance document.
• Drafting and preparing legal advice and or legal opinion on various corporate and legal matters.
• Supervising and coordinating with legal team at business unit level on legal matters and required permits, licenses or registrations with the relevant authorities.
• Conducting legal research and providing general support to team leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
• Minimum 7 years of hands - on experience in legal
• Experience as a lawyer at a reputable law firm is preferred
• Excellent in Thai and English communication both verbally and in writing
• Ability to complete the assigned tasks individually and work well in team
