About this position
The Marketing Director/Manager/Business Development position at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya is responsible for overseeing all marketing and business development activities to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Leads a division whose role is to create, implement, and evaluate marketing programs that build patient and community satisfaction with, trust in, and support of the hospital in new era of digital platform and Conduct a comprehensive market analysis of the healthcare industry to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing advertising campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the hospital's market presence.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the company's products and services
• Analyze market trends and demographics to identify new business opportunities
• Monitor customer preferences and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
• Increase brand visibility and customer base through various marketing channels
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media
• Manage and monitor the budget allocated for marketing activities
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and media partners
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing results and metrics
• Develop innovative ideas and campaigns to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field / Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in marketing, business developments for international affairs, customer service, and digital market management in a health care environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
• Excellent in English interpersonal and communication skills.
