HR Generalist
About this position
The HR Generalist will focus on recruitment, talent development, and operational support for Banpu NEXT business and its subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the corporate recruitment team to support talent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations for both local and international business units.
• Work with talent development squad team to execute talent branding.
• Support HR measurement and analytics to ensure the impactful of HR projects.
• Support HR administration related to payroll and benefits, as well as other HR functions for overseas and non-Thai staff.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Having 5 years of experience in HR generalist from multinational firm, specialized in recruitment and payroll is preferable.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external parties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
