About this position

Operations Manager at Beiersdorf Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee production operations.
• Optimize machinery, raw materials, and resources for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Meet production schedules and orders in terms of quantity, quality, and timing.
• Maximize utilization of production capacity.
• Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives based on BDF standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering).
• 10-12 years of experience in Production or related departments, preferably in FMCG with a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the cosmetics/pharmacy industry.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills.
