Direct Sales Specialist - APAC
Responsibilities
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales and profit target.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with industry influences, key strategic partners, and customers in direct meetings as well as representing the company in various conferences, trade shows and networking events.
• Inspire, manage and direct of sales professionals, establishing performance goals and providing direction, guidance and experience to foster a successful and positive team environment and achieve company objectives.
• Define and development new strategies, tactics, and plants for expanded and improved approaches to reach new customers and educate team on strategy alignment with significant industry factors.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting expected sales and profits, setting appropriate sales quotas for sales team partners.
• Review analyze and report company sales performance against programs, quotas and plans and drive measurable continuous improvement within the sales process to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
• Work closely with other related departments to develop and execute sale strategy.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Direct Sales from consumer product.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management and ability to build strong business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive, leadership and strong people management.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
• No obstacles for domestic/international travelling.
