About this position

The Sr. Specialist - Promoter Trainer position in Bangkok involves constructing product line strategy, managing portfolio strategy, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Constructing strong product line strategy and market development plan.
• Manage portfolio strategy and range proliferation with healthy financial growth.
• Review competitive environment, consumer insight, and relevant standard context across the region for each responsible product line.
• Drive key product development plan for region and each subsidiary by working closely with HQ product management team.
• Support marketing to lock up launch and quarterly business review.
• Develop flawless regional product plan with effective collaboration with trade marketing and product training team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing and/or product marketing.
• Good interpersonal & entrepreneurial skill, hence strong team bonding.
• Strong attention to detail in sales and marketing analysis.
• Well-composed English skills both written and speaking.
