Finance and Accounting Tax Manager position responsible for overseeing financial transactions, tax management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review stock opname and company assets.
• Control cash flow and find solutions for internal fund shortages.
• Manage financial transaction recording and prepare financial reports accurately and timely.
• Manage and direct accurate and timely tax payments and reporting.
• Review weekly AR Aging Report and Weekly Cash Flow Report accurately and timely.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of subordinates and take corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Financial Management/Management.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in finance with at least 2 years in taxation and accounting management.
• Good communication, leadership, financial, and accounting skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy levels.
• Skills in interpreting financial data and providing strategic advice to management.
