About this position

Responsible for planning and organizing the operating budget, preparing financial information related to SPP, overseas renewable operating companies performance analysis, related party coordination, and reducing funding costs to achieve the company financial target.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Planning
• Submit for budget approval from the Board of Directors (BoD), creditors and other parties
• Prepare financial information related to overseas operating companies
• Operating Performance Analysis and Gap Analysis
• Feasibility study for operating improvement
• Financial covenant monitoring and planning to comply with term and conditions under loan/bond agreement

Requirements

• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in related fields
• Experience in financial analysis
• Good command in English and Thai
