About this position
The IT Support/ IT Helpdesk Officer at B.GRIMM Power is responsible for maintaining existing solutions, developing new strategies, and bringing in new solutions to the company.
Responsibilities
• Take care of B.GRIMM's infrastructure
• Support B.GRIMM's Business Users in Hardware and Software belongings
• Develop a strategy for modern workplace Solutions
• Harden and strengthen the Network in front of cyber threats
• Work closely within team as a real team-player
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Information System, Business Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the field of IT Support/ or IT Helpdesk (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with Customer Centric Mindset
• Command of English both spoken and written
