About this position
Job Scope:
The duties of an engineering manager include repair and maintenance, planning, designing, and overseeing projects, as well as managing finances and supervising one or more engineering teams in feed mill operations.
Job Description:
1. Lead the Engineering teams to do the preventive and breakdown maintenance work all Production machinery, Plant equipment including Utility system and Plant safety all the Plant, to ensure day to day operation of the plant is running smoothly and can fulfill customer requirement completely for the company products.
2. Manage and responsible for process improvement, machine upgrading to increase Plant efficiency and productivity, including control spare part inventory and plant equipment that contributes to engineering and maintenance work.
3. Plan and manage both minor and major capital projects.
4. Maintain and improve contractor safety performance.
5. Meet project deadlines by being a results-oriented worker who drives for results.
6. Control project costs as per budget.
7. Manage raw material budget and optimize operation.
8. Plan and manage the capital budget to support business strategies for both short term and long term.
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent. Having experience in maintenance, facilities, and engineering project management from feed mill manufacturer. At least 3 years of experience in managerial level. Knowledge of grow-out operations. Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs. Able to communication English both written and oral.
