Sales Support Specialist
About this position
The Sales Support Specialist will support the execution of the sales vision and goals to realize customer promise.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of sales processes for regional customer accounts and solve day to day problems to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support sales manager on routine operational activities following defined guidelines and establish good customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the successful completion of sales processes.
• Assist in creating customized reports for customers and tracking customer requests.
• Provide assistance to ensure data accuracy in systems and administration tools.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in similar roles with a complex customer base.
• Ability to challenge status quo and suggest work improvements.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience in container and tanker movement and export in a manufacturing environment.
